Got questions?
Is the free trial really free?
Yes – for 7 days you get full access to every world at no charge. Stripe takes the first payment once the trial ends. You can cancel at any time before the trial ends and you won't be charged.
How many children can use one subscription?
There's no limit on the number of children. In the parent dashboard you can add as many child profiles as you like – each gets its own unique access code and tracks its progress independently.
How does my child log in to the app?
Your child doesn't need their own account. In the parent dashboard you create a child profile and get a short code (e.g. ROBOT7). Your child enters it on the start screen and gets straight in – no password, no email address.
Can I change plan or cancel?
Yes, at any time. You can cancel your subscription from the parent dashboard or by emailing us at kontakt@sibotacademy.pl. After cancelling, you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
Is Season 1 always free?

Which payment methods do you accept?
Payments are handled by Stripe – we accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. An invoice is available on request.
